Patriotic Public Welfare, China’s first donor service platform, is dedicated to serving donors across China and the global Chinese community. Any enterprise or individual who makes cumulative donations to any officially recognized public fundraising platform (Note 1) and any charitable project (Note 2), and reaches the specified threshold, will be eligible to receive a complimentary “Public Welfare Monument” honorary display (standard template).

Display Features:
An ultra-minimalist, ad-free interface designed for continuous public welfare communication. Operated in collaboration with charitable organizations to ensure long-term, secure management. Dual data backup safeguards ensure that honors are preserved for generations. The platform has completed official filing with the Beijing authority for international networking of computer information systems. It will support 10 languages, serving both domestic and global Chinese communities, with Chinese as the primary language at present.

Any donation made by any individual or entity to any foundation is entirely independent of this platform and carries no利益关系. So why do we provide this service? Because Patriotic Public Welfare is China’s first—and the world’s only—donor service platform. We exist to serve donors: ensuring that their good deeds are seen, respected, and preserved.

We firmly believe that public welfare is not only about “giving,” but also about “leaving behind”—leaving behind inspiration, emotional impact, and the enduring marks of social progress.

Note 1: There are 29 internet fundraising information platforms designated by the Ministry of Civil Affairs. Work will be carried out progressively, with priority given to Tencent Charity projects. As of September 30, 2025, Tencent Charity has recorded over 1.7 billion donation participations, with cumulative contributions exceeding RMB 36 billion (see Figure 1).
